Triple Crown Racing 2012 Preakness Stakes Morning Line
Post-positions have been drawn, and the morning lines have been posted, for the 137th running of the Preakness Stakes, the middle jewel of the Triple Crown Racing Series. Bodemeister: The Preakness Morning Line Favorite
After a very strong run, yet disappointing second place finish in the 2012 Kentucky Derby, Bodemeister leads the field as the 8/5 morning line favorite in the Preakness. Owned by Zayat Stables and Southern Equine Stable, legendary trainer Bob Baffert will watch this amazing 3-year old colt charge out of post-position #7 with jockey Mike Smith on board.
I’ll Have Another Takes The Second Step Towards The Triple Crown
While Triple Crown Championship hopes spring eternal throughout every barn on Kentucky Derby Day, only one stable has those same aspirations on Preakness Day. This year that honor belongs to I’ll Have Another as a 5/2 second favorite. J. Paul Reddam and trainer Doug F.
