San Diego (45-60) will counter by sending RHP Mat Latos (5-10 4.05 ERA) to bump at PETCO Park. Latos has shown good control recently as he owns a 55-23 strikeouts to walks ratio over his last ten starts. Latos is facing the Diamondbacks for the first time this season.
