NCAA College Football: Bowl Season Schedule
It’s Christmas Eve and we have a full slate of NFL football action on tap as 14 games go today, along with the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl in the NCAA. Once we get past Christmas Day, we get to go Bowling on six of the next seven days! Monday kicks it off with the Independence Bowl!
Sheraton Hawaii Bowl: Wolf Pack vs. Golden Eagles

Christmas Eve brings us the Sheraton Hawaii Bowl featuring the Nevada Wolf Pack vs. Southern Mississippi Golden Eagles. Kickoff is set for Saturday, December 24, 2011, at 8:00 PM ET from Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii.
This contest pits the explosive Wolf Pack running attack (8th overall) against the stout Golden Eagles run defense that was 20th in the NCAA allowing just 112.6 yards per game. Overall So. Miss brings the better defense as they gave up just 21.06 points per game while Nevada allowed their opponents 25.25 PPG. We would side with the Golden Eagles here!
AdvoCare V100 Independence Bowl Kicks Off A Busy NCAA Bowl Week
The Independence Bowl kicks off a huge run of Bowl action as the Missouri Tigers battle North Carolina Tar Heels on Monday, December 26, 2011 from Independence Stadium in Shreveport, Louisiana. That starts a run 23 Bowl games over the next week.
