NHL Game Day Preview: Lightning vs Capitals
The surprising Tampa Bay Lightning went into Washington and sweep a pair of games (4-2 and 3-2 ) from the Capitals. In doing so, Tampa Bay held Washington to 0-11 on the power play in the first two games.
Bolts goaltender Dwayne Roloson may be 41 but he is playing like kid and sports a 1.90 GAA and a .938 save percentage. On the other side of the coin, Caps net minder Michal Neuvirth has posted a 2.88 GAA and a .870 save percentage.
Led by their Captain Vincent Lecavalier, who has four points in two games, Tampa Bay has 13 players with at least a point in this series. Washington sniper Alex Ovechkin has managed just one goal and the Capitals have just four goals against the Lightning through two games

Getting out of the DC area could be just what the Capitals need as they should be fairly loose and free wheeling tonight. The power play is due to get on track and we think the Washington offense will crank it up in this one.
Expect a solid performance from Caps goaltender Neuvirth to keep this game close. Don’t be surprised if the Capitals win this one outright.
Take the Capitals with +1.5 pucks (-330) against the Lightning!
