I finally ended up watching the Avatar franchise, and I completely understand the hype. Such a great classic film, the writing and plot is excellent. Not knowing anything of Avatar, I thought I would find this film to be boring or repetitive, but it actually got me interested in the world of Pandora. I feel more connected to the world of Avatar than, say, the Wicked movies. It's a cool twist on an alien world without using clichés. The world of Pandora actually means something in terms of a message in the movie. Jake Sully, at first, I didn't see him as a relatable or charismatic person, but towards the end, he started to develop a personality which I appreciated. Also, the general marine and the corporate douchebag are very good villains. They seem a tad bit like cartoony villains, but I liked their performances and they seemed real. The visuals are also insane in this film, I can’t believe this movie was made when I was 3, that’s crazy. The CGI never looks bad or unrealistic. Every alien animal and Na’vi genuinely feels real and tangible, like I can’t believe they did this in 2009. Overall, I was surprised to actually enjoy this movie instead of shit on it. It’s good. I'll be looking forward to watching the other two movies. 9/10

Spect.Avatar has captivated audiences with its groundbreaking visual effects and immersive world of Pandora. Viewers are consistently impressed by the stunning 3D visuals and the depth of the alien ecosystem. The narrative, while considered somewhat predictable, is praised for its strong environmental and anti-colonial themes. The emotional connection with the characters, especially with the Na'vi, adds to the film's appeal, making it a memorable experience despite its lengthy runtime.
