l’histoire vraie est dingue, j’aurai trouvé ça vraiment irréaliste si ce n’était pas précisé. Ahmed Sylla rend l’excursion humoristique alors qu’on voit bien tous à quel point c’est dur
C’est rare que j’aime une rom-com française mais là c’était bien. Je sais pas pourquoi.

"L’Ascension retrace l’histoire vraie d’un jeune homme de banlieue ayant promis à une amie de gravir l’Everest pour elle. Porté par Ahmed Sylla, ce film est une belle réussite, mêlant habilement comédie et émotion pour illustrer une aventure hors du commun. Les émotions sont bien retranscrites, et l’on suit le protagoniste avec simplicité et efficacité. Les compagnons de l’ascension livrent également des performances convaincantes, et la conclusion du film est particulièrement marquante, véhiculant de belles valeurs. Cependant, un élément majeur m’a quelque peu dérangé : l’aspect parfois cheap de la mise en scène et certaines scènes assez ridicules, notamment celles impliquant la « radio ». Ces moments donnent un côté amateur au film et atténuent légèrement l’impact émotionnel de l’histoire, qui est pourtant son principal atout. Malgré ces quelques défauts, L’Ascension reste une aventure touchante et inspirante, sublimée par un Ahmed Sylla à la fois drôle et convaincant. Un film que je recommande sans hésitation !"
